The Rising Leadership Mastermind is an immersive coaching program designed for small groups of rising leaders who are committed to honing their leadership skills, improving their coaching abilities, and creating accountability with a like-minded peer network. This comprehensive program blends the best elements of a leadership mastermind, group coaching, individual coaching, and leadership skill training, with a strong emphasis on developing and practicing coaching skills for use with direct reports and peers.

  • Small Group Setting: Rising Leadership Mastermind is suited for groups of 4-10 individuals. With a focus on a small, intimate group setting, I create a safe space for your leaders’ self-discovery, growth, accountability and forward action.

  1. Leadership Agility: Discover and implement fundamental coaching concepts that allow leaders to effectively shift roles between coach, mentor, and expert advisor, ensuring resilience and preparedness for future challenges.

  2. Confidence & Courage: Cultivate confidence and maximize leadership impact by combating imposter syndrome and addressing old thought and behavior patterns that prevent leaders from leveraging their full value.

  3. Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving: Learn powerful conflict resolution strategies and problem-solving techniques to effectively address and resolve disputes while fostering psychological safety. 

  4. Delegation and Empowerment: Implement highly effective delegation strategies that empower teams and optimize performance.

Program Structure:

 

Choose from 6 or 12-month programs, tailored to your group's specific needs. Each package includes: 

  • Two group sessions per month (1st and 3rd week) focused on skill-building, collaboration, and addressing real-time challenges.

  • One individual coaching session per month (2nd week) focused on personalized goals and development plans tailored to each participant's unique growth objectives. 

  • Customized resources on an as-needed basis to support individual growth and development. 

  • A pre-program assessment for each participant, which includes one 30-minute introductory Zoom session and a pre-program welcome workbook and assessment.

  • A 6-month advisor session for each participant to follow up on progress and ensure changes have been effective and sustainable. 

 

In the 12-month deep-dive program package, I implement my signature Train/Process/Practice approach, a three-step process that spans over a quarter (three months) for each specific coaching topic. This sequence ensures that participants not only receive theoretical knowledge but also have the opportunity to process their learnings, discuss real-life experiences, and practice their newly acquired skills in a supportive environment.
